The Academic Committee comprises Members who are current or former insolvency academics and who have an interest in international insolvency as an important and respected discipline. Members of the Academic Forum are invited to contribute their publications to the III website and to participate in the III’s two publishing initiatives, the Journal of Bankruptcy Law and Practice and The Annual Review of International Insolvency.
