Bio:
Shreya is a member of Ashurst's Restructuring and Special Situations Group in Singapore. She has a broad range of experience advising clients across the capital structure on both contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters in Singapore and India.
Shreya has acted on a number of on complex, multi-jurisdictional restructuring and insolvency matters. She has also previously advised the Indian government on the design and drafting of parts of India's insolvency legislation, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
Shreya is admitted to practice in England & Wales and India.
