Bio:
Robert advises our clients on restructuring & insolvency, corporate law and dispute resolution related matters. He is a well-trusted expert who is regularly appointed to act as the court-appointed administrator in both bankruptcy and corporate restructuring proceedings.
He has substantial experience in advising companies, creditors, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders on a variety of insolvency proceedings, distressed situations, workouts, and complex restructuring matters. He has also assisted both creditors and distressed companies in dozens of voluntary restructurings.
In addition to his expertise in restructuring and insolvency matters, Robert advises our clients on company law and corporate governance issues and has substantial experience in the voluntary liquidation of companies, having liquidated over 100 companies. He has participated in various company-law-related disputes regarding e.g. management liability and the unlawful distribution of assets. Robert has also assisted our clients in several disputes relating to recovery actions, debt collection, the enforcement of pledges, and criminal proceedings.
In addition to his law degree from the University of Helsinki, Robert has received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Aalto University with a special focus on Applied Finances and Accounting.
