Bio:

Successfully guiding large global companies through complex transformations and turnarounds has been the cornerstone of Randall’s career for more than 25 years by serving as a senior advisor and interim executive. Randall advises management teams, boards of directors, equity sponsors, and creditor constituents in the transformation of stagnant or underperforming companies by way of effective leadership that rebuilds shareholder and stakeholder value.
Randall holds a Masters in Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a certified turnaround professional, a certified public accountant, a fellow of both the American College of Bankruptcy and the International Insolvency Institute, and an author who speaks frequently on transformations and turnarounds.
