Luciana Celidonio is a founding partner of CSW Advogados (CSW Law). The firm has offices in São Paulo and Curitiba, and Luciana focuses on Restructuring and Insolvency and Dispute Resolution. She has more than 20 years of experience handling complex disputes, in both arbitration and litigation, involving banking, corporate and commercial matters and bankruptcy-related litigation.
Luciana regularly advises on debt financing and on the acquisition of distressed companies and assets. She has acted in some of the most significant restructuring and insolvency cases in Brazil, including Americanas, Samarco, Oi, OAS, Schahin, Agrenco and Odebrecht. In these cases she represented a range of stakeholders, including debtors, creditors, investors, bond trustees and judicial administrators.
Before founding CSW Advogados in 2026, Luciana was a partner at BMA Advogados (2021–2026) and at Tauil & Chequer Advogados, in association with Mayer Brown (2014–2021).
