Bio:

Fábio Rosas is a partner in Restructuring & Insolvency at Lefosse Advogados in Brazil. He has vast experience in judicial and administrative proceedings, arbitrations, advisory and business mediations, with a focus on judicial and extrajudicial reorganizations and insolvency, as well disputes involving corporate law, business contracts, banking and financing transactions. He represents financial institutions, creditors, lenders and investors, creditors’ committees and companies in restructurings, judicial and extrajudicial reorganizations, distressed mergers and acquisitions, DIP financings and asset sales. He holds a law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and the specialization course from the International Law and Legal Studies at The Center for American and International Law in Dallas, Texas.
