CLE REPORTING:

All CLE-CPE attendance reporting is handled electronically. At the end of the conference, attendees will receive an email with
a link to the online reporting form. Please take a moment to complete a brief survey about the III (and
NextGen) conference programming. If you attended the Conference, please click here to complete the online
CLE-CPE reporting form. Your entries on the forms are what we will use to report your attendance, so completing these forms
are essential to receive credit. Once you complete the online form you may download the documents below as needed for your
records.

CPE REPORTING:

The International Insolvency Institute receives CPE credit through Armstrong & Associates International who is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) for group training on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.

NASBA CPE Credits are made available and awarded for College group live and internet-based training that complies with the Statement on Standards for CPE Programs. In accordance with these Standards, relevant group training details are disclosed to learners in advance via email invitations, registration websites, or other similar advance announcements.

Complaints regarding NASBA National Registry CPE Sponsors may be submitted to NASBA via their website, NASBARegistry.org. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of CPE Credits for Certified Public Accountants (CPAs).
