If you attended the III Conference IN PERSON, please click here to complete the online CLE-CPE reporting form. If you attended the III Conference VIRTUALLY, please click here to access the online CLE-CPE reporting form form.  (NOTE: Virtual attendees will need the codes that were provided in the chat box during your online sessions.) This is what we will use to report your attendance, so completing these forms are essential! Once you complete the online form you may download the documents below as needed for your records.

We are accredited providers of CPE through NASBA. Once you fill out the required CLE-CPE forms linked above, you will receive your CPE Certificate by email within three weeks of attending the conference.
