The International Insolvency Institute will convene its 21st Annual Conference in New York, NY on October 18-19, 2021.   Judicial and Academic Committee Meetings and an opening reception will be held on October 17.  The Class X NextGen Program will be held on October 20.

The Annual Conference is the premier international insolvency conference for practitioners, academics, and members of the judiciary. 

CLE & CPE Instructions for the III Annual Conference

All CLE attendance reporting is now handled electronically. Please take a moment to complete a brief survey about the III conference programming. If you attended the III Conference IN PERSON, please click here to complete the online CLE form. If you attended the III Conference VIRTUALLY, please click here to access the online CLE form.  (NOTE: Virtual attendees will need the CLE codes that were provided in the chat box during your online sessions.) This is what we will use to report your attendance, so completing these forms are essential! Once you complete the online form you may download the documents below as needed for your records. 

III is in the process of becoming an accredited CPE provider through NASBA, however the review process has been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have a CPE certificate that you may download in order to self-report your CPE credits.

Please note: You must submit your attendance information by NOVEMBER 19, 2021. After this time reporting your attendance will become your responsibility!
