Bio:

I am currently an associate in the Business Reorganization & Restructuring Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP ("WFG") in New York where I represent foreign representatives, monitors, liquidators, debtors (both domestic and foreign), administrative agents to lenders, ad hoc creditor groups, purchasers of assets, and various other parties-in-interest in chapter 15 proceedings, chapter 11 cases, and out-of-court restructurings. I have been practicing for approximately six and a half years.

I have recently advised on the following significant matters:
• Altos Hornos de México, S.A.B. de C.V. (Counsel to Debtor in Chapter 15);
• Pacific Exploration & Production Corporation (Counsel to CCAA Monitor in Chapter 15);
• Maple Bank (Canadian Branch) (Counsel to Foreign Liquidator in Chapter 15);
• Arctic Glacier International, Inc. (Counsel to CCAA Monitor in Chapter 15);
• Momentive Performance Materials (Counsel to Debtor in Chapter 11);
• Rural/Metro Corporation (Counsel to Debtor in Chapter 11); and
• Sabine Oil & Gas Corporation (Counsel to First Lien Agent in Chapter 11).

Prior to joining WFG, I served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert D. Drain of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. I graduated from Fordham University School of Law (J.D.) and also received my LL.M. in Bankruptcy from St. John's University School of Law.

I am deeply committed to the field of insolvency law (and in particular, international insolvency law) and have remained active in the larger insolvency community by serving as a Coordinating Editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal and being an annual contributor to the Norton Annual Survey of Bankruptcy Law. I have also authored (and co-authored) various articles on cutting-edge insolvency issues, including the following:
