Bio:
Background
Christopher Soper is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Law and the Legal Writing Director at the University of Minnesota Law School, where he teaches bankruptcy and international insolvency courses. He is also Of Counsel at Dentons, where he practices in the Restructuring, Insolvency, and Bankruptcy practice.
Previously he was a staff attorney at the United States Sentencing Commission in Washington, DC. Prior to that Christopher served as a judicial law clerk, first to the Honorable James B. Loken of the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit and then to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Palau.
