Catherine is Counsel at Harneys Singapore in the recently launched Litigation, Insolvency and Restructuring Group. Catherine has practiced as an insolvnecy and restructuring legal practitioner over three jurisdictions since qualifying in England in 2009. She has advanced through her legal career in Hong Kong and Singapore working on many of Asia's market leading and high profile cases such as Mongolian Mining, Titan Petrochemicals, Pacific Andes, Saad and LDK Solar. Catherine has a keen interest in business turnaround and is widely regarded as a commercially astute adviser who will go the extra mile to make sure the deal is done.

Outside of the office, Catherine is an integral and active member of IWIRC in her role as Asia Regional Chair and also as a Singapore board member, which she organises a varied program of technical seminars and social events to promote networking opportunities and the professional development of insolvency professionals. Catherine regularly contributed to the Offshore Litigation Blog and has delivered presentations at industry events in New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore, including as a panelist at the Singapore Law Society Regional Insolvency Conference 2016 on "How to Implement Successful Restructurings in Asia".
