Mandate and Activities:

This Committee will follow UNCITRAL’S progress in analyzing the issues that commercial fraud presents in reorganizations and insolvencies and will focus on means by which countries and courts and devise structural impediments to avoid the effects of commercial fraud and to discourage attempts by creditors to engage in improper conduct or activities.
