This Committee works closely with UNCITRAL on its world-leading work on international insolvency systems and procedures. III representatives have been involved in all of UNCITRAL’s major insolvency initiatives from the Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency to the Legislative Guide on Insolvency including UNCITRAL’s current work on the insolvency of corporate groups.
