Mandate & Activities

This Committee is responsible for the III’s world-leading work on analyzing the position of social claims (e.g., wages, pensions, and other claims of that kind) in reorganizations and bankruptcies. Its analysis has been worked into a comprehensive report covering 62 different countries which is expected to be published early in 2009.
