Mandate & Activities

This Committee works closely in liaison with the UNCITRAL Working Group on Security Interests in its work on protection of and financing of intellectual property assets. One of the Committee’s goals will be to produce a worldwide analysis of how intellectual property rights are dealt with in bankruptcies and reorganizations in the III’s member countries.
