Mandate and Activities:
This Committee is responsible for one of the III’s major new initiatives, the collection of domestic insolvency legislation from all of the III’s member countries. There is some publication interest in the work of this Committee from a recognized and reputable legal publisher in which case the Committee will likely be transformed into a Editorial Board for an international insolvency resource comprising current insolvency legislation and developments from countries around the world.
