Mandate & Activities

This Committee was formed in conjunction with prospective work in the area of commercial fraud by UNCITRAL and other major intergovernmental organizations.  The III’s perspective on the topic arises from the need to discourage fraudulent and inappropriate behaviour by, among other things, implementing structural changes to bankruptcy systems to do so.
